Excellent service as has been the case for the twelve years I have used User Friendly for my computer needs. Recently I bought a PC, monitor and keyboard at a good price. There were problems which needed sorted out (none of them User Friendly's fault) requiring returning to the shop three times. In each case these were dealt with promptly and courteously. If that had been Currys or a similar large supplier, it would have taken more like three months rather than a week to get things sorted. After-sales customer service of a high quality is a rare and precious commodity these days. Use Friendly scores top marks in that category
