Computer Repairs and Upgrades
At User Friendly computing (UFC) we offer a repair service which is fully equipped to deal with any problem facing PC’s, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT equipment. At present we have a six man team of staff who are all fully trained engineers.

The average turnround on repair completion is between 2-4 days. If, however, it is a UFC machine every effort will be made to diagnose and repair the machine within 24 hours. There is also the facility to book your machine in for repair on a specific date so it can be fast tracked and returned by the end of that day.
We would advise that if a spare part is required we may need to order in specific stock which may take longer for the job to be completed whilst we await delivery from our suppliers.
Through our repair centre we can arrange on-site repairs which would involve one of our engineers coming out to your home or business and solving your problem (s). This would be charged at a rate of £40 per hour timed from the engineer leaving the workshop (i.e. inclusive of travel time).
